Routine cleaning for every home

Policies 

  1. Half of the total need to be payed upfront before the service. Otherwise service will be rescheduled. This is due to avoid any conflicts with payments.

  2. If we come to the home and there is no answer the cleaners will wait approximately 10min

  3. Cleaners are not responsible for watching over kids or pets. 

  4. Cancellation policy: we ask for a 24 hrs cancelation in order to refund the money or reschedule. If cancellation is less then 24 hrs there will be no refunds. 

  5. In the unfortunate occasion of not paying full, last minute cancellations, dilemmas with kids or pets, or not answering the phone/door when cleaners are at the home. We will no longer serve you and your home

  6. Have your space clear. We will clean and fulfill the service but we ask for minimum clutter. We don’t want to misplace an object in the means of clearing off a table or counter. We will set things where they where after cleaning the surface they where on. 

  7. We ask for open communication with our clients. We want to hear your concerns and want to make this experience as smooth and reliable as possible.
